We are only a hundred metres from the prettiest part of the seafront that has palms and pine trees leading down to the sea. We consider the seafront as our garden - so you can enjoy an early morning walk without any car journey. We have six bedrooms all with ensuite facilities, all are well furnished with mostly antiques. Most of the bedrooms have flat screen televisions/DVD/multi channels. Wireless internet is available for your PC. Breakfasts are scrummy with fruit, nuts, cereal, full English or a fish alternative. We are well situated for the theatres, Devonshire Park Tennis and the South Downs Way leading to Beachy Head. There are no sea views from the house. Parking is unrestricted in the quiet road. Totally non smoking.
